This is a Hello Kitty carved cake that I did for my friend Deb's Birthday. I used a 6 inch square pan and did two thick layers with marshmallow fondant and buttercream icing on yellow cake.
Not only was this cake really, really cute, it tasted awesome! The fondant was extremely mouth-smacking delicious. I came back and stole part of the bow because I am greedy for the marshmallow fondant.
