I made this cake for a Jimmy Buffett themed party - right up my alley. I had fun making all the little decorations that go along with the songs: flip flops, pop tops, cheeseburger in paradise, salt shaker, fins, etc. The cake is a butter cake with Coconut Cream filling and a little coconut flavoring in the buttercream frosting. 
Wow! That turned out amazing!!! I love all the details. It makes me want to have a theme party just to have the cake!
